2011-2012 Tuition and Fees
- Nevada resident, full-time: $23,900
- Nevada resident, part-time: $854 per credit hour
- Non-resident, full-time: $34,900
- Non-resident, part-time: $1,246 per credit hour
In addition to tuition, law students will be charged the following fees each semester:
Graduate student association fee: $18
Study Abroad Scholarship Fund: $2 (per semester)
International student fee: $145 (per semester for all students with F-1 or J-1 visa status)
Law student activity fee: $50
Rebel recycling fee: $1
Student health fee: $70 (per semester)
Student life facilities fee: $173 (per semester 4 or more credits)
Technology fee: $4 (per credit hour)
iNtegrate fee: $3 (per credit hour)
Estimated Costs of Attendance
The estimated cost of attendance (COA) for the academic year (fall and spring semesters) will vary according to a student’s enrollment status. The estimated COA (excluding tuition and fees) for the 2010-2011 academic year was:
- Full Time: $20,680
- Part Time: $19,830
Refund Policy
In the event a student withdraws from the law program, a tuition refund for the semester in which the student withdraws will be issued according to the following schedule:
Withdrawal prior to or during the first week of classes: 100% tuition refund
Withdrawal after the first week of classes and before the seventh week of classes: 50% refund
Withdrawal after the seventh week of classes: None
Federal financial aid recipients are subject to a “Return to Title IV” and, as such, may owe UNLV for unpaid tuition and fees. Contact Student Financial Services for details.
Acceptance Deposit
Applicants offered admission to the law school are required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit which is credited toward tuition upon registration.
