Becky Harris, chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and former state senator, will discuss the new sexual harassment prevention guidelines that will be imposed on gaming operators, how they came about, and what impact they will have. Harris will give an overview of the new guidelines, how they will be implemented and ramifications that gaming operators may face if they are not in compliance. Harris will also touch on domestic implications here in Nevada as well as potential far-reaching implications for other jurisdictions.
