Szu-Ju Chang is the Program Director of the Rosenblum Family Foundation Tax Clinic. She began her journey as a public servant when she joined Nevada Legal Services’ Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (NLS) in 2014. Throughout her career, Professor Chang and her colleagues assisted taxpayers to obtain approximately $145,000 in refunds. Professor Chang has successfully decreased over $1.4 million in tax liabilities, interest, and penalties. 

Professor Chang was born and raised in Taiwan. She earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received a University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Citation for “Extraordinary Campus Leadership and Service”. She earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Professor Chang is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Illinois State Bar Association, and District of Columbia Bar.
