This is a fun, fast-paced training session that provides participants with various highly effective and concrete techniques to understand and analyze conflict, improve listening skills, manage emotions, and to de-escalate conflict so that productive interactions can take place in the workplace, with your clients, with your colleagues and adversaries.  This course also serves as a solid foundation upon which to enhance your mediation outcomes. All of the techniques are based on cutting edge research and are used by sophisticated conflict professionals.

PRESENTER
David M. Doto, Director, Conflict Transformation Institute of Coral Bridge Partners, LLC

David M. Doto had a distinguished legal career spanning two decades as a civil litigator and business legal consultant representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada. David is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, co-founded the LCA’s American Academy of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and is a former Chair of the organization.

David is currently the Director of the Conflict Transformation Institute of CoralBridge Partners, LLC, and additionally serves as a Judge Pro Tem in Clark County, Nevada, and as an adjunct professor at both the Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution in UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in the Pepperdine University School of Law.
