In the wake of Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard/UNC, several lawsuits have been filed challenging Native Hawaiian programs, including a suit by SFFA challenging the admissions program at Kamehameha Schools. This webinar will provide updates on pending lawsuits and context for these current challenges.
