Overview
This 2-hour, introductory CLE/community education program will cover the IRS collection process for individual income taxes as well as collection alternatives.  Topics include how the IRS assesses taxes due, how to contest proposed tax increases, and statutes of limitations for assessment and collection.  The presentation will conclude with an overview of options individuals may have when they can't fully-pay their income taxes.
