Terry Johnson, a member of the state gaming control board, will discuss ethics and skills lessons that are helpful to successful practice before gaming regulators.  Knowing how to navigate a range of ethical pitfalls, learning effective communications with regulators and in hearings will be covered. Mr. Johnson also will discuss emerging and current regulatory issues important to gaming lawyers and their clients.
