He has over 10 years of experience working with clients of all types (such as large corporate entities, start-ups, emerging and established businesses as well as investors) to develop, acquire and enforce worldwide patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret rights, negotiating collaborations and transactions involving intellectual property, preparing patentability, invalidity, clearance and non-infringement opinions, evaluating patent portfolios, providing design-alternative advisement, and performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
