Faculty Enrichment on Mindful Wellness

Shailini George is an expert on mindful lawyering and how mindfulness can help students study, use time productively and alleviate stress. 
Shailini will present two workshops to students and will talk to the faculty about mindfulness practices and how we can incorporate mindfulness into the classroom to help students.
