COVID-19 has had a huge impact on all our lives.  The unprecedented nature of this event has left employers and employees with many questions concerning issues surrounding the workplace.   Therefore, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Department of Labor, Wage & Hour Division, have partnered to provide you with the latest information on your rights and responsibilities as an employer, or employee, under the federal laws.

Presteners 
Debra Finney is Outreach & Education Coordinator for the EEOC’s Memphis District Office.  She will provide an overview of the EEOC guidance on the pandemic, ADA & GINA and share the answers to the most frequently asked questions surrounding workplaces and COVID-19.
 
Audrina Lange is the Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS) in the Little Rock District Office of the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division.  Audrina will give an overview of the emergency paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave requirements in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
