The webinar will review the impact of the move to remote teaching as a result of the COVID-19 crisis and its impact on copyright and intellectual property. Participants will discuss what faculty can do to protect their intellectual property and how they can use copyrighted material in remote teaching. The webinar will be led by Brandy Karl, Head of the Office of Scholarly Communications and Copyright, Penn State University; Judith Kullberg, Eastern Michigan University; David Sanders, Purdue University, and Aaron Nisenson, AAUP.
