Richard A. Rawson, a founding partner at Ballard Rawson Jorgensen, practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. He graduated Cum Laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. He earned an LL.M. Magna Cum Laude with Concentration in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama School of Law. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Rawson is a shareholder, member of the board of directors, vice president, and corporate secretary of the Blaze Pizza franchisee for southern Nevada.
