Jeanne Price
Professor Price joined the Boyd School of Law in 2008 and in 2018 was named the Louis Wiener, Jr. Law Library Professor of Law. From 2016 to 2018 and again from 2021 to 2023, Professor Price served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
Professor Price directs the Wiener-Rogers Law Library and teaches business-related courses (antitrust and research and writing in business contexts. Her research interests focus on the use of language in law. Together with Professors Berger and Pollman, Professor Price is a co-author of Examples and Explanations: Legal Research (Wolters Kluwer 2017).
Before coming to UNLV, Professor Price was at the University of Texas School of Law. A member of the Texas bar, Professor Price practiced corporate and securities law in Houston and Qatar.
