Bio:
Ozzie Fumo has practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 22 years. Ozzie has achieved an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell. He has successfully tried every type of criminal case from misdemeanors to capital murder. Ozzie practices in both State and Federal Court. He has successfully argued several cases to the 9th circuit court of Appeals.
In 2014 Ozzie was selected as a Judicial referee in Justice Court Las Vegas. In 2016 Ozzie was elected to the Nevada Assembly. He serves on the Judiciary Committee, Transportation Committee and the Education Committee. Ozzie’s interim committees, awards and associations include the following:
