Anthony Sassi Wins 2010 Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition

Third-year law student Anthony Sassi won first place in the 2010 Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition for his essay titled "Is Copyright Misuse a Cause of Action?" His essay was selected by Dean John Valery White and a committee. Sassi was awarded a certificate and a check for $600. In order for students to receive this award they must be a second or third-year law student, and they must prepare the best written essay.
