Clark County Bar Association Moot Court Competition 2024

The Clark County Bar Association Moot Court Competition was held in April 2024. Participation in this competition is a prerequisite to receiving an invitation to join the Society of Advocates Moot Court Team. 

The competition rounds were 40 minutes long. Each advocate had 12 minutes to present their argument. Everyone was prepared to argue on-brief or off-brief based on randomized pairings. They were judged by a panel of judges including attorneys and judges from the Las Vegas community.

Winners included:

First Place:  Shaira Young

Second Place:  Joseph Yezbak

Third Place:  Cianne Wallin

Fourth Place: Angelo Harlan De Crescenzo

Semifinalists included: Jessica Cummings, Harrison Epstein, Courtney Fulmer, Cade Fusco, Shahana Polselli, and Zachary Sweetin.
