Top Ten Most Mormon Friendly Law Schools
Mormonlawyers.com Announces 2009 Annual List

Dayton, Ohio (PR WEB) April 6, 2009 – Mormonlawyers.com releases its second annual top ten most “Mormon Friendly” law schools rankings. Specific data was compiled from 50 national universities. The list took into consideration a few of the following criteria: the numbers of Mormon law students attending the school, what percentage of the student body they represent, and how close the nearest Mormon temple is. Other measurable factors were cost of living, tuition, and the bar passage rate.

With more than 10,000 Mormon attorneys and hundreds of Mormon law students attending universities nationwide this information would be found both fascinating and entertaining. To the large number of pre-law Mormon students this list would deem insightful to the ultimate decision of choosing a law school if having a Mormon community around them was important.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law ranked first. Arizona State University was knocked from first to second place, University of Idaho ranked third, University of Michigan fourth, Texas Tech University fifth, University of Minnesota sixth, University of Nebraska seventh, Gonzaga University eight, George Washington University ninth, Willamette University tenth, and Creighton University Law School was named honorable mention.
