Paige Foley
Paige Foley is a third-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law and a student-attorney in the Investor Protection Clinic. Paige is originally from a very small town in East Texas, Ore City, and moved to Las Vegas when she was 16 to graduate high school early and attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for college.
While in law school, Paige has been heavily involved both in the school and within the community and sees her work in the Investor Protection Clinic as another way to be involved. She is a member of the Partners in Pro Bono Program, in which she assists a local attorney in providing free legal assistance to the community and gains relevant experience though drafting pleadings, developing skills in client relations, and representing clients in court. She is also a member of the school’s prestigious traveling moot court team and has competed both at the Kauffman Securities Law Competition in Spring 2018 and the Wagner Labor and Employment Law competition in Spring 2017. During her second year, Paige was the Executive Secretary on the Student Bar Association. She also served as President of two student organizations during that time, the Federal Bar Association and the Criminal Law Society, and organized and planned both community service events and legal panel for the school.
Prior to law school, Paige attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for her undergraduate education where she graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Paige was a 2017 summer clerk at Messner Reeves, LLC. After graduation in May 2018, Paige will take the Nevada bar exam in July and then join Messner Reeves as an associate attorney. Paige also plans on taking the Florida and Texas bar exams in February and July of 2019 in order to ensure familial happiness.
