The Academic Success Program assists students in removing barriers to academic success. This includes reviewing past exams, giving sample exams or hypotheticals, evaluating study habits, and assisting with time and stress management issues.
If you are interested in individualized assistance, you may make an appointment with either Chelsea Baldwin, ASP Director, or Assistant Director Michael Gianelloni, or with a CASE Mentor. To make an appointment with Chelsea Baldwin or Michael Gianelloni, please email Kelly Boan at Kelly.Boan@unlv.edu or call 702-895-0490.
If you'd like to schedule an appointment with a CASE mentor, you may email email@example.com. In that email, please include the topic you would like to discuss with CASE mentor and the dates and times that work best for you. See here for the Spring 2017 CASE office hours.
CASE does take walk in appointments. However, please be aware that during certain times of the semester (midterms, when LP briefs are due, finals, etc.) CASE's schedule may be busier than normal. We encourage you to make an appointment in advance to be certain a mentor will be available to meet with you.
CASE Resource Center
Available for all students, the CASE Resource Center has study supplements, sample examinations, and materials on study skills, learning theories, and learning styles. Located in the library lobby in Room 313A, the resource room is the meeting area for CASE mentors.
