Economic Justice and Small Business Clinic

The Economic Justice and Small Business Clinic (EJSBC) offers pro bono (free) transactional (non-litigation) services to low-wealth and under-resourced entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofit corporations, artists and other community-based organizations. Our clinic serves the Las Vegas Valley and neighboring Clark County communities. Along with direct representation, our clinic also collaborates with community partners to explore the connections between transactional practice and economic justice strategies aimed at addressing systemic economic inequities.
