This interactive seminar is designed for lawyers and other professionals from all fields who want to succeed in their negotiations in a variety of situations. Professor Forrest “Woody” Mosten, a full time mediator and family law specialist, will demonstrate and provide practice tips to set the negotiation table to achieve agreement readiness, smooth out bumps in the road, and use late stage evaluative moves to prevent breakdown and walk-outs. He will present concepts and strategies from his four books, numerous articles, and 38 years of law practice.
Attendees may park in any metered space on campus or may use the Naples Lot, Lot M, on the north/northeast side of the Campus Services Building.
