Bios
The Honorable Randall Dunn - The Honorable Randall L. Dunn currently sits on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon and also serves as Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Judge Dunn obtained an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from Stanford University. Before embarking on a career in the judiciary in 1998, Judge Dunn was a managing partner at Copeland, Landye, Bennett, and Wolf, focusing on business and bankruptcy law. He has served as chair of the Ninth Circuit’s Bankruptcy Education Committee and as the representative of Ninth Circuit bankruptcy judges on the Ninth Circuit Executive Committee.
The Honorable Meredith Jury - The Honorable Meredith A. Jury currently sits on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Judge Jury obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, holds master’s degrees in economics and English education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and received her J.D. from UCLA. Prior to her appointment as a Bankruptcy Judge in 1997, Judge Jury was a partner at Best Best and Krieger, LLP in Riverside, California.
The Honorable Ralph Kirscher - The Honorable Ralph B. Kirscher is currently the Chief Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana and serves on the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Judge Kirscher earned both his bachelor’s degree and J.D. from the University of Montana and has a master’s degree in public administration from American University. Prior to his appointment to the Bankruptcy Court in 1999, Judge Kirscher was an attorney at Worden Thane P.C. Judge Kirscher is Montana’s only full-time Bankruptcy Judge and was recently reappointed for a second term.
