Celebration of the Life of Richard L. (Rick) Brown

Dean Daniel Hamilton and the Boyd community invite you to join the Brown family and friends as we pay tribute to the founding senior faculty member and Wiener-Rogers Law Library Director Richard L. Brown.

 The Boyd School of Law lost one of its finest when Rick Brown passed away on July 5, 2013. He played a pivotal role in starting the law school's community service program. For several years the school has awarded a scholarship to an outstanding student in this program. Because the program was dear to Rick's heart, we pay tribute to him and the outstanding students by creating a scholarship award that bears Rick’s name.

Please honor him by making a contribution to the Richard L. Brown Community Service Award.
