CLE: Basics of Family Law

This program is approved for 3 CLE credits.

On Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm, the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is offering members of the Bar a free opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of family law practice in exchange for helping someone in need.

This 3-credit hour seminar taught by the Honorable Arthur T. Ritchie, Ed Kainen, and April Green will teach you how to represent individuals seeking assistance with divorce, custody and/or child support matters who are unable to navigate the legal system on their own.

This training will be held at the Lloyd D. George – U.S. Federal Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Blvd., Jury Assembly Room. There is no cost to attend this program, but attorneys must accept a new pro bono case from Legal Aid Center.
