CLE: Basics of Family Law Jurisdiction

This program is approved for 3 CLE credits.

On Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, from 1:00 to 4:15 p.m., the Willick Law Group presents this 3-credit training on the basics of jurisdictional analysis as it applies to divorce status, property, alimony, child custody, child support, military retirement, and division of property. Jurisdiction in Family Court will also be covered.

The training will be held at Zenoff Hall Training Center, 601 N. Pecos Road (behind Family Court). Registration is only $30 with costs donated to Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

This CLE is the first in a series to be produced by the The Willick Law Group for the benefit of Legal Aid Center. Future topics will include: Child Custody, Relocation, Pension and Property Division.
