CLE - Basics of Representing Children in Abuse and Neglect Cases - October 10 at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada needs the help of southern Nevada attorneys. The list of children referred by the Clark County Family Court and pending on the Pro Bono Project’s waiting list has reached its highest level ever. Attorneys who have attended a previous training session may select an available case from the Pro Bono Project website. Those in need of training (or who want a refresher) are encouraged to attend the Basics of Representing Children in Abuse and Neglect Cases scheduled for Friday, October 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. All attendees will receive a comprehensive volunteer manual, free primary malpractice coverage, a Children’s Attorneys Project mentor, invitations to complimentary support luncheons and monthly brown-bag seminars, access to an online pleading bank and so much more.
