Overview
The panel will discuss the impact of criminal issues and the ethical implications in Immigration Court. The record of conviction will be covered. In addition, Moncrieff and Descamps' impact in the criminal immigration context will be discussed. Procedural issues in Immigration Court will be addressed; Alongside, the ethical impacts of newly decided cases effecting immigration status of defendants and how attorneys should handle such cases will be addressed. Lastly, new trends and updates.
