CLE: Ethics for Litigators
Litigators are particularly likely to come across ethical gray areas in their practice of law. If you are a litigator, or are considering expanding your practice to include litigation, this program will help you to gain a familiarity with the relevant law needed to guide you through an array of common ethical issues. The discussion will include presentations by each panelist followed by a question and answer session.
