CLE: Extreme Basics of Bankruptcy

This program is approved for 2 CLE credits.

This seminar, co-sponsored by the State Bar of Nevada, is designed to provide primarily new practitioners and third- and fourth-year law students an introductory-level review of basic bankruptcy concepts covering basic tools bankruptcy attorneys need to advise clients about filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Registration fee includes cost of Bankruptcy in Practice, the book to be utilized as written materials for this program. Each registrant will receive a copy of this publication on the day of the seminar.
