As part of the Sports Lawyers Association’s continuing effort to bring more activities and networking opportunities to its members, we are pleased to invite you to the following Nevada Outreach Event.

Join the Sports Lawyers Association, in conjunction with UNLV Boyd School of Law, for a panel discussion on Legal Issues for Sports Teams and Performers in the World’s Entertainment Capital.
 

Program Description

Las Vegas has always been known as a hotbed for entertainment, with a wide variety of shows, concerts, and events taking place on a nightly basis. With the Oakland Raiders and the Vegas Golden Knights establishing roots in the Entertainment Capital of the World, the city is going to be known as a professional sports haven as well. This panel will cover the legal issues the new teams encountered during their journey to Las Vegas, ranging from league and city relations, playing facilities, and fan engagement. Entertainment attorneys will also join the panel to provide insight on the legal issues of getting musicians, artists, and performers to Las Vegas.
