Collaboration and the Colorado River

Leading scholars and practitioners in the fields of dispute resolution, environmental law, water law and land use discussed the extent to which collaborative approaches are and should be used to resolve issues relating to the Colorado River and its surroundings. Pat Mulroy, General Manager of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, spoke at the conference luncheon.
