The lobbyists for both the Public Defender and the District Attorney, local legislators, the Henderson City Attorney for the Criminal Division, and the Chairman of the Assembly Judiciary Committee will come together to discuss the last legislative session and how the local criminal justice system has changed. This panel will provide an overview of how criminal law will move forward from a variety of perspectives.
