Loosely modeled on the "morbidity and mortality conferences" that have long been a part of the medical profession, this program invites panelists and participants to share stories of mistakes they made, almost made, or saw others make, when mediating or representing clients in mediation; how and when they recognized the mistake; what they learned; and observations about the efficacy of the Model Standards for Mediator Conduct to address ethical situations such as these.
