Nevada Court of Appeals to Convene at Boyd School of Law

The new Nevada Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on November 19th at 10:00 am and 10:30 am.  Both cases are civil and background information for both cases can be found at nvcourts.gov.

The successful efforts to create the Nevada Court of Appeals roughly a year ago was led by Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice James Hardesty. The Court has already made a significant impact in the Nevada legal system, helping hundreds of cases reach resolution much sooner and providing guidance and decisions in critical areas of case law.
