Boards of directors today face a variety of issues in important areas of corporate governance, including ESG, risk management, succession planning, oversight by audit committees, communication with investors, executive compensation, disclosure best practices, and dealing with activist stockholders.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP and the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law are proud to host our 2021 Annual Summit for Corporate Governance, which includes distinguished experts to discuss hot topics and developments in corporate governance facing public companies.

The Summit will include engaging panels featuring sitting officers and directors, legal practitioners, proxy advisory experts, investor relations professionals, and law school faculty who will examine board-level issues affecting today’s leadership.

Instead of a registration fee we are asking that attendees donate to the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law Foundation.  Details will be provided upon registration. 

8 Hours of CLE credit is available when program is attended in its entirety.
