Branden Cunningham, a Community Organizer with the Nevada Coalition Against the Death Penalty (NCADP), Jeremy Storms, a NCADP Board Member and Clark County Deputy Special Public Defender, and Stacy Newman, a Las Vegas-based, Capital Habeas Unit, Assistant Federal Public Defender join us to explore State-level policy efforts and local developments, like Nevada's AB 350 legislation. We'll also zoom-in on the work of advocates who represent death-penalty eligible and death-sentenced defendants.
