Pennsylvania (exemption from the contraceptive mandate of the Affordable Care Act); and Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru (ministerial exception).
Constitutional scholars Michael Moreland, University Professor of Law and Religion & Director of the Eleanor H. McCullen Center for Law, Religion and Public Policy at Villanova University, and Stephanie Barclay, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, will discuss these recent cases as well as preview upcoming cases the Court will hear this year.
