Kennedy Holthus

Kids' Court School Las Vegas Coordinator

Kennedy Holthus is a second-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law and graduates in May 2022. Ms. Holthus was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.

Ms. Holthus began at the Kids' Court School as a community service student, and now works as the Las Vegas Coordinator and Educator. Her favorite part about working at the Kids’ Court School is watching the children grow in confidence as they learn to handle extremely difficult situations.

Currently, Ms. Holthus is involved in the Education Advocacy Clinic that advocates for the educational rights of children with disabilities. Ms. Holthus also plans to extern with the District Attorney’s Office and focus on the Special Victim’s Team that gives a voice to women and children.

Ms. Holthus has worked with children her entire life. It is her passion to help children and she plans to continue this work upon graduation.

Samantha Rice Reviglio, Esq.

Kids' Court School Reno Coordinator

Samantha Rice Reviglio was born and raised in Winnemucca, NV. Mrs. Reviglio graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012 and graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2016. During law school, Mrs. Reviglio was the president of the Child Advocacy Law Association, an Educational Surrogate Parent for children with disabilities, and a member of the Kids' Court School team.

Mrs. Reviglio desired to extend the reach of the Kids' Court School to Northern Nevada. Thus, the Kids' Court School in Reno, Nevada was established in February 2016 and has since served children from Washoe, Carson City, and Lyon Counties.

After a clerkship with the Honorable Barry L. Breslow in the Second Judicial District Court, and a year of intellectual property litigation with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, Mrs. Reviglio is now an associate attorney at Robertson, Johnson, Miller and Williamson practicing real estate and general litigation. She is also the Vice President of the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers' Association, a member of the Washoe County CASA Advisory Committee, and a coach for the University of Nevada cheerleading team.
