Professor Jean Sternlight's articles have been selected for inclusion in a forthcoming book: Andrea Schneider et al eds., Discussions in Dispute Resolution: The Next Generation. The book will be a commentary on 16 essential ADR articles for the years 2000-2009, and is scheduled to be available in late 2025. Here are the two articles that were selected: Jean R.
