Professor Keith Rowley recently attended the annual meeting of the Uniform Law Commission, where he participated in discussions with the drafting committees of several acts and proposed changes that were incorporated into the texts of the subsequently-approved Uniform Consumer Debt Default Judgments Act, Uniform Restrictions in Land Records Act, and Uniform Special Deposits Act, and the draft Uniform Unincorporated Organization Acts.
