Professor Benjamin Edwards presented a working draft paper at a symposium last week at the University of Illinois College of Law. The co-authored paper is tentatively entitled "NAVIGATING DIVERGENT INSTITUTIONAL INTERESTS ACROSS THE BANKING REGULATORY LANDSCAPE" with Hilary Sledge-Sarnor, a partner at Greenberg Traurig.. It is forthcoming in the Illinois Law Review.
