Professor Ruben J. Garcia was appointed to the Board Credentialing Committee (BCC) of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (“the College”). The BCC is responsible for overseeing the process of presenting new inductees to the College for Board approval from each of 12 Circuits (1st through DC). Inductees are invited to join the College as Elected Fellows based on twenty years or more of distinction in practice, scholarship and teaching in the field of Labor and Employment Law. Professor Garcia was elected to the College in 2019 and to the Board of Governors in 2024.
