Nancy Rapoport and Joseph R. Tiano were awarded the Editors’ Prize for the outstanding article of 2023 for their article, “Reimagining “Reasonableness” Under Section 330(a) in a World of Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence." Professor Rapoport received the award at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Annual Conference in Seattle.
