In June, Professor Ahranjani delivered three invited presentations in Japan, whose post-WWII constitution is heavily influenced by the U.S. Constitution. At Meiji and Waseda Universities in Tokyo, she explained the past, present, and future of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project to law students and constitutional law scholars. At Fukuoka University, she delivered a lecture entitled, The Role of Domestic and International Legal Tools to Improve the Condition of Children in the United States.
