Bio:

Bill Curran specializes in administrative and government law, with a particular focus on real estate development, land use/zoning, and gaming law. He has developed a robust gaming practice, stemming from his role as Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission and his work with some of the largest casinos in the gaming industry. He has served with the Commission since 1989. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the International Association of Gaming Regulators from 1993 to 1994. In 1995, International Gaming & Wagering Business magazine named him one of the 25 most influential figures in the gaming industry.

Curran was awarded for his commitment to community service and was named Las Vegas City Council’s “Citizen of the Month” in 2018. He is also recognized for his Pro Bono experience, including being granted the 2013 Pro Bono Project Award and the State Bar of Nevada's Presidential Award. 

Earlier in his career, Bill served as County Counsel for Clark County, Nevada, from 1979 to 1989, and as Deputy District Attorney from 1975 to 1979.
