Jay Young
Hon. Jay Young (ret.) is a retired jurist who serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and special master and is sought out for resolution of complex matters. He brings more than 30 years of expertise in the areas of business/commercial litigation, personal injury, and real estate law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Young has served as a Mediator, Judge, Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge (appellate mediator), Hearing Master Discovery Commissioner, ADR Commissioner, and Short Trial Commissioner for the 8th Judicial District Court, and as an Arbitrator in thousands of matters. He has served as a Special Master in Nevada’s state and federal courts. Finally, he served as Judge Pro Temp with the City of Las Vegas Justice Court and the City of Henderson, Nevada Municipal Court.
