Bio:

Attorney Densberger previously served as a Program Analyst for the United States Department of Labor in the area of health care fraud and abuse. She is a recipient of the United States Department of Labor Secretary’s Honor Award for 2014. She has held prior positions as corporate legal counsel to a large hospital system in Massachusetts and to a major managed care system in Minnesota and has also served as a Case Law Editor for LexisNexis. She currently holds an appointment as Lecturer in the LLM Degree program/Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law and an appointment as Adjunct Professor of Health Law, Policy and Management at Boston University School of Public Health where she has been twice awarded the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching award. Attorney Densberger also holds an appointment as Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University Law School where she teaches a course on ERISA and qualified retirement plans and at the University of Nevada Boyd School of Law as an instructor in Public Health Policy. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Massachusetts, New York, and Minnesota and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
