John Delikanakis is a partner with Snell & Wilmer’s commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution groups in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. A former associate general counsel for a Fortune 500 company, his experience ranges from litigating both simple and complex cases at the district court and appellate levels to counseling senior management on day-to-day operational issues. John’s recent practice is concentrated on E & O litigation, professional liability, real estate disputes, trade secret matters, business dissolutions, contracts for the sale of goods and commercial guaranty matters in the district and appellate courts. He counsels clients on e-discovery and data retention issues. He also serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Panel. Historically, John’s experience includes representing companies in shareholder derivative litigation and defending manufacturers in multi-district products liability cases.
