Kimberly K. Haynes, is a graduate of Spelman College. She received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law, with a specialization in Sports and Entertainment Law.

As an entertainment attorney and business entrepreneur, Haynes brings a tremendous amount of experience and personality to the firm. She is a dynamic attorney who works with a variety of diverse clients in the sports and entertainment industries. As a hard working litigator, she encompasses the knowledge and dedication it takes in satisfying the needs of her clients.

She holds membership in both Louisiana and Georgia State Bar Associations. Ms. Haynes is involved in a number of professional and civic organizations, including Junior League of Atlanta, National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Louisiana Bar Association, Georgia State Bar Association, National Bar Association, Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Black Female Entertainment and Music Executives.
