Boyd Professors Jennifer Carr and Nancy Rapoport honored by UNLV Students

Professors Jennifer Carr and Nancy Rapoport were honored at a UNLV event, "A Woman's Worth: Reclaiming Herstory," hosted by Students Organizing Diversity Activities (SODA).

UNLV women faculty and staff were nominated by students who believe they have made a positive impact on campus. Students were able to submit their nominations by filling out a recognition form on SODA's Facebook page. Nominees were asked to speak at the event and were also given a gift.

This event was held on March 11 in the Student Union with special guest Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch.
